He called me with a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and my car was fixed in just a few hours. Initially I thought I had a malfunctioning air conditioning blower and Dan was very honest and told me it was fine. A lot of other shops probably wouldn't have been so honest with me. Turned out to be much more - flywheel, clutch, and everything in between. Dan not only took the time to diagnose the issue, but he went above and beyond by continuously calling the warranty company to fight on my behalf for coverage. (most mechanics I've been to will not even inquire about a warranty, just wanting your money and sending you out the door).
