“I had my minivan towed to Kennedy's because it was overheating. I am a brand new customer and Dan had no problem fixing my van's issue and he was even able to add a last minute oil change for me. He called me with a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and my car was fixed in just a few hours. Initially I thought I had a malfunctioning air conditioning blower and Dan was very honest and told me it was fine. A lot of other shops probably wouldn't have been so honest with me. Turned out to be much more - flywheel, clutch, and everything in between. Dan not only took the time to diagnose the issue, but he went above and beyond by continuously calling the warranty company to fight on my behalf for coverage. (most mechanics I've been to will not even inquire about a warranty, just wanting your money and sending you out the door). Because of this, Dan turned what would've been a $2,800 job, into an $1,100 one. For that, I owe him a few drinks!”
